You should use the keyword that is more specific to your post content as the primary and other related keywords as your secondary keywords. In this case, if your post content is on a single call girl, you can add call girl as you primary keyword and the same applies for call girls.
The keywords are used to help you in optimizing your post content to that specific keywords. Some tests are checked sing the secondary keywords but most are usually on the primary keyword.
