The Keyword tab doesn’t display any keywords, even though I’ve linked console. For a few days it shows the top 5 winning keywords, and nothing else. Now it’s not showing anything.

Hello,
Please follow these steps to delete the old imported data and initiate a fresh data fetch and see if that updates the data:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page. This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 minutes but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
I’ve followed these steps, but still not seeing any keywords.
I would upload a screenshot, but it doesn’t seem that I can with this support system.

Hello,
Please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Run the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetch
scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.
If the issue persists, We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
I don’t see Tools -> Scheduled Actions and when I run the url you pasted above it returns a 404.
Hello,
We need your WordPress login information to inspect this issue further. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section as suggested by my colleague above.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I’d rather not give admin access to my site. What other options do we have to resolve this?
Hello,
To further debug the issue we would like to know if your Scheduled tasks are properly working as instructed by my colleague here.
You may also check it by installing WP Control plugin and see if the cron jobs are working or not. WP Control plugin can show this type of notice or a different one if the cron is not working:
If the cron jobs are not working, please contact your web host and enable WP Cron Jobs on your website/server.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
