I’ve downloaded health check and tried every plugin and then the theme and it doesn’t make any difference if RM is the only thing installed or not. There’s still no keywords being saved.

Did you make any changes to your server recently? It sounds like Rank Math is having issues saving to the database because of a 403 issue. Could you please talk to your web host and see if there is something they can do to fix this?
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Apologise, the issue is still not resolved and has negatively affected my traffic on site since it hasn’t been resolved I am still not able to save the keywords. My ‘issue resolved’ was in relation to the access issue to my site – you should be able to log in now. Apologies once again for the miscommunication
