Hi from past few days keyword suggestion is not working when I type in focus keyword box. Earlier it used to work easily. I haven’t updated anything. Can you look into this?

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I logged into your website’s admin area but was unable to replicate the issue. The suggestions in the focus keyword field are shown correctly. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section for a quick reference.
Please clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.

To my surprise, it’s working on the site I mentioned above. Did you perform any action to make it working because it’s not working on my other website. I cleared cloudflare. wp-rocket, theme and browser cache still it’s not working.
Please check for other website as well. I mentioned the details on sensitive part.

No, I did not perform any action on the website. It was already working when I tested it the first time.
For the second website, I was able to replicate the issue. Upon investigating, I found that no Rank Math account was connected to the website. The suggestions are fetched from the Rank Math account.
I went ahead and connected your Rank Math account to the website, from Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and the issue is fixed. The suggestions are displayed properly.
