    After updating the rank math plugin in my database showing an error also keyword was automatically removed from my post so I am trying in a new post but the same issue. after rollback to old plugins work properly. you can my website I have added username and pass on below.

    I wanted to troubleshoot the issue, but it looks like your database server isn’t responding.

    If you are able to access your website then Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the button “Re-create Tables”.

    We would like to further debug this issue over your admin dashboard but it seems the access you shared is so limited at the moment. Could you please elevate the access to the admin level so we can access some of the settings pages like the plugin list?

    I visited your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue.

    Your firewall is blocking access to our updateMeta file. Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.

    Please whitelist the below route and see if that fixes the issue:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    For more details, please refer to this guide:

    You may get in touch with your web host regarding this.

    Also, your website’s admin area is running very slow, I went to check if a plugin/theme is causing the issue but as I opened the plugins list page, the website again showed the error regarding establishing the database connection.

    I suggest you get this checked with your web host as why the website is losing connection with the database as updating Rank Math would not cause any issues with database connection.

    I am received the below msg from the hosting provider

    On checking with server team the team updated :we cannot whitelist mod sec rules
    ModSecurity is one of the apache server modules that provides complete website protection by defending against hackers and other malicious bot attacks. It is a set of rules with regular expressions that helps to instantly ex-filtrate the commonly known exploits. ModSecurity obstructs the processing of invalid data (code injection attacks) to reinforce and nourish the server’s security

    Hello,

    Thank you for sharing the response from your hosting provider.

    The file you are to whitelist is part of Rank Math’s API and this should not cause any security issues for your site as many users do this without any problem.

    If this updateMeta file is still blocked, updating Rank Math’s keyword will never work in your posts.
