Regarding your questions,
1. Rank Math gives the option to select the country from which the analytics data is to be fetched. So yes, you can fetch data for the ranking keywords of your website for a specific county.

The data can be checked in the keywords section of the Analytics dashboard or from the Rank Tracker.

2. You can check the SEO report/analysis of your website as well as for individual posts/pages/CPTs. Please follow the below links for more details:

3. Currently, we do not have a feature for competitor research.

Yes, we provide worldwide and specific country options. If you only wish to get the data from 3 specific countries, then you’ll have to change the country to get the data for that country.

The country list comes directly from the Google API. UAE is not present on the Google API and that’s the reason it is not displayed in the dropdown field.
