Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Please explain to me how it can be a plugin problem when I haven’t added any new plugins and it works just fine in classic mode but not in Gutenberg. It was fine before the update and now it’s not RM is the only thing that has changed. I’ve even tried rolling it back but it doesn’t work doing that either. I’ve used the health check it tells me nothing is wrong, the only thing I haven’t updated is WordPress which I refuse to do until they get the new glitches out of it. I have two sites, one uses Classic and it’s working just fine and my new site uses blocks or Gutenberg and this is the one RM doesn’t work on after your update.

I suspect that this could be as a result of some cached assets on your browser. Have you been able test this on an incognito window on your browser?
