If the focus keyword is set correctly and you still do not see it in the list, it might be worth checking if there are any caching issues or conflicts with other plugins that could be affecting the display.
For the first post not showing any rank score, please ensure that it has been saved and published properly. Sometimes, drafts may not reflect scores until they are published.
