Thank you for your reply. Due to time zones it was night here, so my reply is late.
Well of course I know that the keywords have to be the same, and they really were when the post was in Danish (my mother tongue).
I write all posts in Danish of course, so I don’t understand why it is suddenly in English. Did you change any settings? If you can change it back to Danish you can see my issue.

We didn’t make any changes to your site’s language. I checked some other posts on your site and they are all in Danish. However, the one you have shared with us in English.
Rank Math should be able to detect the focus keyword once you insert the correct keyword in your post.

Well it was of course in Danish, why would I write parts of a post in English? and you can see that the bullets in the text are still in Danish. I do not under stand why most of it is suddenly in English.

I have seen the issue many, many times.
I have now tried to find another exampel from the posts I have worked on since Spetmebr 16th, but of course I could not find some now. Wish I was better at SQL 🙂

I chose the easy solution and translated https://stegemueller.dk/hypomani/ back to Danish with Google Translate.
Here you can see Keyword “Hypomani?” appears at the beginning of my content.
I write this in Danish.

Er det en hypomani?
Lige nu har jeg ikke behov for søvn.
But I get this message: “Focus Keyword doesn’t appear at the beginning of your content….”
But I still get the message: “Focus Keyword doesn’t appear at the beginning of your content”

You have to use hypomani instead of hypomani? in the Focus Keyword box. Focus Keyword box doesn’t take in count punctuation marks where it only takes words.
I have copied your content and while using hypomani it is showing that the Focus Keyword appears in the first 10% of the content on my end.
