Thank you for your answer. I am writing to request a refund for my yesterday’s purchase of the AI content subscription.
After briefly testing the service, I have come to the conclusion that it may not be truly valuable for the type of articles we write. Specifically, I found the credit limits to be extremely restrictive for the tasks we aim to achieve. Additionally, the content generated by the AI and the overall use of the tool proved to be more complicated than anticipated.
Given these challenges, I believe the subscription does not meet our needs and would appreciate your assistance in processing a refund.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
