If you have already purchased the Rank Math PRO plan and are not seeing the AI token access in WordPress, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Log in to your Rank Math account using the email address k***********@g********.
- Visit your Rank Math Account section by going to: Rank Math Account
- Check if you can see the correct remaining credits for Content AI.
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area under Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in Content AI to ensure it displays the correct number of credits.
