    Just bought the pro edition of RankMath Pro but my account still shows me as having the free version the order ID is RANKMATH211125-2126-63697 with my email M*************@a******

    inside my site I still have the free version not sure why they are not updating to the PRO and I don’t know where I can put in the activation code a1a403723727ca778416617a9b6c0c89 can’t see where to add and from what I see it is not updated automatically for example right now I am on one of my sites wpcult.com it is in my account but under sites says it is connected yet in my plugins in the wordpress admin still only have the free version and not getting access to any of the pro features

    You seem to have a PRO badge on your profile and should have the PRO version of Rank Math PRO Account’s Dashboard.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Do note that the PRO Version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight.

    You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.

    To connect the other sites you have to install both Free and PRO versions on those websites and connect with your Rank Math PRO account.
