Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Michael,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Placing the code is completely optional and only required if you want to show the data on the front end as well. The most ideal location is below the content.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi Todd,
thanks for your answer … this is clear now:
In the meantime some question came up concerning the RichSnippets:
1) Job Snippet – Salary (redommended)
The salary range in combination with “monthly” payroll doesn’t work, no matter how I try to put the data in the field. When saving the site, DIVI tells me, that I have to enter a valid input in this field. I tried eg.
489-975
How do I have to edit it correctly?
2) Job Snippets – unpublish manually?
I used an “expiry post” date … but what happens if our client finds an employee BEFORE the end of the expiry date?
What are the correct steps to unpublish a Rich Snippet manually at any given point of time?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Michael
Hi Michael,
1. Divi tells you? Are you using Divi to enter that information or Rank Math? Can I see a screenshot of this error?
2. Rank Math provides an option to unpublish the post if the job has expired:
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi Todd,
thanks for your feedback …
1. Of course, here is the screenshot … I have created a completely new post and made a short video. First I enter “500-900” in the field, then an error message comes up during saving. Then I entered “500” and it works:
Please download the video here:

2. I understood the function of this button … but saying “ON” this only means that the post will be unpublished at the expiry date.
=> Is it recommended then to change the expiry date in order to unpublish the post or should we set the post to “draft” via wordpress. What does Mr. Google like more concerning the snippets?
Thank you and best regards!
Michael
I tried everything that you said, but rich pins are not working. Site is http://www.lifeinvedas.com
Hi,
what do you mean by „rich pins“ … are not working.
What does this mean now? What should be the next steps?
Thank you in advance?
Best regards!
Hello Dr. Mamta Bansal,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please open a new separate ticket for your issue so that we can be able to help.
Michael, we might need to take a closer look at the settings for the first issue to determine what is causing the validation conflict. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
In regards to the second issue, please set an expiry date so that the post can be automatically unpublished.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello
How to claim the website on Pinterest using rank math? Please answer.
Regards
Hello,
I can’t test it on Pinterest, because we do not have a Pinterest account 😉
Best regards from Austria,
Michael
