    Hey there support.
I got my site scanned 8 days back and got removed malware on my website.
    Now
The domain (coffeeeternal.com) is unable to reindex in Google reindex, due to the rank math plugin, and that’s making an issue in Google traffic or Google Search Console.
Please guide or help at your best.
I would wait for your help.

    Hello,

I’m sorry I didn’t understood the question. Do you mean that you cannot get the website to reindex in Google? If yes, once the website is hacked, it does take time to get it reindexed in Google. To better understand the issue, would you please share some screenshot. You can use tools like https://imgur.com/.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello and wishes.
I mean that my website https://www.coffeeeternal.com originally was indexed with 500 post, pages, and index XML sitemaps.
As then, the site started to show 2.6 then 3.6 millions pages indexed in the Google Search Console 2 months back.

As I got malware removed by a Comodo’s cWatch services last 12 days back.

    Now
the traffic of the website decreased down from 1.42k to 680 in last 28 days.
View the below screenshot URL for it:

    Next

I mean Japaneses hacked URLs are still increasing after my WordPress website’s malware removals 🙁

100k hacked URLs still got indexed more in last 12 to 15 days.

Please view the below screenshot report of 3.6 millions hacked URLs that is of before malware removal:

I would wait for your reply.

    Hello,

We can confirm that some of the hacked URLs are still indexed on the SERP, however, since you have already taken action to remove the malware, the next thing you do is to wait as these numbers are too huge for the search engine to recrawl in one go and remove them from the SERP. This may take a couple of weeks or even months to gain back the normal count of indexed pages.

I checked your website and it seems that is currently throwing a critical error as you can see in my screenshot below:

    Rank Math support

Can you please verify this from your end?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks for your patience.
Actually, the hacker’s virus again interrupted my website with all other websites at my web hosting.
Anyhow, I got restored the backup, now you can view the site again.
I would wait for your reply.

    Hello,

Thank you for providing additional information

The traffic of the website decreased down from 1.42k to 680 in last 28 days.

Decrease in traffic is evident as the website got hacked, people wouldn’t click on link which they feel isn’t related to their query. Apart from that sometimes Google also shows the warning to users that the website is infected.
As you’ve taken all the necessary steps to remove the hack, please allow sometimes for everything to come back to normal. It may takes weeks before any substantial changes are seen in Google search console.

100k hacked URLs still got indexed more in last 12 to 15 days.

As you can still see more hacked URLs, it means it didn’t got cleaned properly. I would suggest run the cleaning on all the website that you host. Some website still doesn’t seems to be cleaned properly and it’s infecting all other websites again.

I’m still unable to open the website as I’m getting HTTP 500 error now.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you

    Hey, there support.
The traffic of the website decreased down from 1.42k to 162 in last 28 days.

The website’s hacked Japanese URLs decreased down from 3.7 millions to 2.2 millions.

The website is working properly now after malware removal, and by keeping all the plugins updated.
    I would wait.

    Hello,

Since you have already removed the hacked URLs, then you may need to wait for Google to recrawl your site and update the URLs on the search results pages.

Please note that there is nothing else to do but wait for Google to recrawl and reindex your content. You will have to continue maintaining your site until search engines regain trust in your content.

If you have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime to assist you further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
