How would we remove Japanese indexed 3.6M URLs from Google Search Console?

We can confirm that some of the hacked URLs are still indexed on the SERP, however, since you have already taken action to remove the malware, the next thing you do is to wait as these numbers are too huge for the search engine to recrawl in one go and remove them from the SERP. This may take a couple of weeks or even months to gain back the normal count of indexed pages.
I checked your website and it seems that is currently throwing a critical error as you can see in my screenshot below:

The traffic of the website decreased down from 1.42k to 680 in last 28 days.
Decrease in traffic is evident as the website got hacked, people wouldn’t click on link which they feel isn’t related to their query. Apart from that sometimes Google also shows the warning to users that the website is infected.
As you’ve taken all the necessary steps to remove the hack, please allow sometimes for everything to come back to normal. It may takes weeks before any substantial changes are seen in Google search console.100k hacked URLs still got indexed more in last 12 to 15 days.
As you can still see more hacked URLs, it means it didn’t got cleaned properly. I would suggest run the cleaning on all the website that you host. Some website still doesn’t seems to be cleaned properly and it’s infecting all other websites again.
I’m still unable to open the website as I’m getting HTTP 500 error now.
