I’ve paid, you charged my card but didn’t updated my subscribtion

    Hello,

    I purchased the small personal plan PRO – Perfect For Bloggers, Individuals & Solopreneurs for $59.

    You charged my card (check screenshot: sensitive data section)but you didn’t updated my account to PRO – please update my account status from FREE to PRO.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    We don’t see that transaction in our system with the email you have shared, so it might still be pending on PayPal.

    Could you please check the transaction details and see the transaction status mentioned at the very top:

    If that says anything other than complete, then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.
