Unfortunately, the link you provided has been blocked by our antivirus/malware software as dangerous, so we cannot use that.
As the subscription was only renewed on 29th November, surely your accounts department should be able to trace it and/or the emails from you to me confirming this.
I need to get this resolved and quick, otherwise I’m going to have to ask for a refund.

As an alternative, you can upload the image to your media gallery and share the image URL with us so we can check.
This will enable us to locate your PRO account as there is no PRO subscription on the account you are using to contact us.
