I’ve lost my Content AI points :(

    I hope you’re having a wonderful day.
    I’m using the free version of RankMath, I had 3 AI points, I used one and then I clicked on “click to refresh the available credits” and my points went from 2 to 0 🙁

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
