    I’ve been charged $95 and I’ve never purchased your service. I had to create a log in to write this support ticket. I may have looked at your website several years ago but never made a purchase. I need to be refunded that charge asap. I’ll contact my bank about the charge as well. I just hope i dont have multiple years of charges from a site i havent used.

  • I have a pending charge for $95 for RANKMATH on my Wells fargo credit card. I’ve never made a purchase from your company. I even had to create a log in to submit a ticket. Please refund asap.

    I found an email in my junk folder in t***@o*********** that says I was automatically charged $95 for a rankmath subracription on 3/07/2025 which is incorrect. I should not have been charged that.

    I had a wordpress.com account up until 2022 or 2023 where i used where i used a free rankmath plug in in bluehost for some websites. Those websites were shut down and and my wordpress/bluehost accounts were closed down 01/30/2023 and the rankmath plug ins were disconnected. I should have never been charged for a rankmath account. Please refund the $95 for 03/07/2025 and any other charges that were made to me.

    Lastly, while we will be sorry to see you go, we can make an exception for you and refund the renewal since it seems you didn’t see the email reminder in time to cancel it.

    Great thank you you can close both my accounts after the refund. How was I even charged in the first place? I never had a paid subscription.

    It was a renewal of your Rank Math subscription.

    Since you mentioned that you didn’t receive the email reminder, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go.

    We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.

    I should have never been charged in the first place, I only had free plug ins when i made websites. I dont do that anymore, so i wont be checking back. After you refund me, please delete my account.
