It seems you are trying to modify the actual details of the media file through the attachment meta settings which won’t work because they are not the same. The attachment pages are used for files uploaded to WordPress from post edit screen. When a file is uploaded using the Add Media button from post edit screen, that file automatically becomes an attachment of that particular post.
If you wish to edit the image’s attribute. You can edit it under your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Images.
Please ensure first that your Image SEO module is enabled under WordPress > Dashboard > Modules.
