Issues with x formally twitter - Support

I have been using rank math for some time but recently I have noticed an issue with X formally known as twitter not picking up the schema mark up for it’s social media descriptions, image, and links. I just get a blank nothing else. This happens with old and new links, however, this is the kicker, if I try later after originally trying it works…

No idea what is going on but it is a nightmare to fix and work out.

Any help would be great.

Site in question is https://invision community.co.uk most new content works now but try older content to see what I mean.

This also happens when we remove the page from being cached by lightspeed

Now it’s hard for me to provide instances that this happened. It’s because once I enter the address into X and come back later it works. So you will need to goto the site choose older content and debug.

In this case, please try to clear your website cache, including any server-level cache, and check again.

We have done some changes to the site… Can you do the same as before choose a bunch of older posts and check to see if they work, not the same as before.

Hello,

We can see a strange opengraph description not added by Rank Math that contains WPBakery Visual Composer shortcodes:

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be added by one of your plugins/theme.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

This has been fixed. It was a work around passes by lightspeed cache to get all meta data to the top of the site.
