Issue seems to be particularly the homepage, not sure if there is some kind of action blocking it from some feature in the plugin.

Open the Developer Tools Console Panel
- Navigate to More Tools → Developer Tools from the Chrome menu.
- Click the Console tab.
If you see any errors, they may provide insight into what is blocking the saving process. If you need help interpreting these errors, feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent will assist you further.
3. Firewall Blocked Access to the File
If you are using a firewall, it might be blocking Rank Math from saving data. Check if Rank Math is being blocked and whitelist it if necessary. Look for blocked access to these files:

This is not the issue because it only happens on the homepage as i explained. Maybe others but i tested a few and it works, only homepage so far is it.

We noticed you have an outdated version of Rank Math PRO on your site. We also noticed you do not have a Rank Math PRO subscription on your account.
Usually, outdated and mismatched plugins have a tendency to cause issues. You should deactivate the Rank Math PRO plugin when you do not have a Rank Math PRO subscription. Not to worry, the Rank Math PRO-specific settings and data are safely stored in the database and will be available for you when you resubscribe in the future.

If you read my message correctly, i specifically said the home page! I have said this twice.

We’ve got this response on your homepage upon saving the metadata:
POST https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 404 (Not Found)
In this case, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue is with an outdated plugin, we recommend updating it to the latest version and check again if the issue persists.

It still did not work

This issue is not solely related to Rank Math. If you disable all the plugins and with only a default theme the homepage returns a 500 error for the following POST route:
https://www.titansofsigns.com/wp-json/wp/v2/pages/7468?_locale=user
That is a default WordPress route that is failing on that page and the message
Updating failed.
shows in red at the top of the page when trying to update the data.This indicates that the POST routes on this page are not working and since our plugin relies on one as well it’s failing to update the details.

i went around it and got it working by copying the page. However it is happening again. Seems to randomly happen. Copied the page and it worked. Everything else works except rankmath.

Created a new website, totally unrelated a blog site and same issue, titles and descriptions wont save with much less plugins. Something is clearly not listed between rankmath some where.
Updated sensitive information for new project on topclassdesigns. In this case i am not sure if possibly the issues arise through duplicates/cache/memory/postedits etc.
