I’ve tried creating the redirection based on your video, and it seems that it is working fine on our end. Please see the screencast in the sensitive data section.
Could you please enable the debug redirections in Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections to see if the redirection is really applying? You can also determine here if you have already a redirection set up for that source URL that’s why it’s not redirecting properly.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the issue is not resolved.
1.) I enabled the debugger. But it still redirects to Home page and the debug window is not shown.
2.) So I thought its a plugin conflict and created a staging website, installed health check plugin and disabled all plugins except Rankmath. Still Its the same error.
3.) I have attached a video and login details of the staging website as well. Can you please check what is causing this issue.

Please find another video attached. It seems that redirection and debug is working for all links but not for the new ones.

Thank you for that additional information.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have attachments with the same name as the redirection you have created that’s why it is redirecting to your homepage. You will see that the redirection will work if you disable the Redirect Attachments option in Rank Math > General Settings > Links.
You can rename that attachment so the redirection will work and the redirect attachments option enabled as well.
