Issues with RankMath/Elementor - Support

I am unable to make a blog post because Elementor keeps freezing. After contacting Elementor, they stated:
“After a closer look, I was able to find a problem between Elementor and the plugin Rank Math SEO; I think the problem only occurs on some pages. Here is a screen recording for your reference.

Please understand that we can’t provide support concerning third-party plugins/themes, given that we have no control over them and cannot guarantee they will be fully compatible with Elementor.

I’d recommend contacting the support team for this plugin/theme so they may further troubleshoot and provide you with a possible fix.”

Can you help with this?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.

You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server

If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
```
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
```

Hi Anas – I’ve contacted bluehost support multiple times to increase my PHP values and they said it is not an issue with PHP values and is an issue with the rankmath plugin.

Do you have any other suggestions before I need to switch to another SEO tool to avoid issues?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I checked but wasn’t able to replicate the issue on your site. Elementor is working fine even when our plugin is enabled. Please check the screencast I have shared in the sensitive data section.

If the issue is happening on a specific post, please share the URL so we can check this further.

I checked your page and did not have any challenge opening the Elementor editor as shown in the screencast in sensitive data. Please may you share a screencast of what you are experiencing as that might give us some insight.
