Issues with Bing Search Crawling and Display

The website icon does not show in Bing search, but it does show in Google search. Another issue is that on the search page, both Google and Bing show “printyourcalendar.com” instead of the page title “Print Your Calendar.” I have attached a snapshot URL for your reference.

My website is bilingual. The English pages are being crawled by search engines without any issues, but the Spanish pages are not being crawled in Bing and show the error “Discovered but not crawled.” Please find the snapshot URL for your reference.

    Please help to fix

  • Hello,

I apologize for the issues you are facing with Bing search crawling and display on your bilingual website. To address the problems you mentioned:

    1. Website Icon Not Showing in Bing Search:

      • If your website icon is not displaying in Bing search results but appears in Google search results, this could be due to how Bing processes and displays website icons. To ensure that your website icon is correctly displayed in Bing search results, you can follow the guidelines provided by Bing for webmasters. Here is the link to Bing’s guidelines.
    2. Incorrect Page Title Displayed in Search Results:

      • If both Google and Bing are displaying "printyourcalendar.com" instead of the page title "Print Your Calendar," this might be related to how search engines interpret and display metadata. To address this issue, you can optimize the meta title and description tags on your website to ensure that search engines display the correct information. You can refer to our guide on how to optimize meta tags with Rank Math.
    3. Spanish Pages Not Crawled in Bing:

      • If your Spanish pages are not being crawled by Bing and show the error "Discovered but not crawled," this could be due to various reasons such as crawl budget issues, indexing settings, or technical glitches. To troubleshoot this problem, you can follow the steps outlined in our guide on how to fix "Discovered – Currently Not Indexed" errors in Google Search Console. While the guide is specific to Google Search Console, the principles can also help improve crawling and indexing on Bing.

If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please feel free to reply here, and our support team will be happy to assist you further.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

If a URL is on Google, there is technically no reason for it to not be included in Bing or other search engines, unless they have some reason to not index a page like DMCA, copyright content, nulled content, copied content, etc. You can refer to all the Webmaster Guidelines and see if your website is violating any guidelines.

You can also get in touch with the Bing team and they can help you point out the specific issue of why posts are not indexing: https://www.bing.com/webmasters/help/webmaster-support-24ab5ebf

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
