Issues when clicking on the 0/100 score

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

The issue you are facing is usually known to happen:

1. If there is an installed plugin that is causing a conflict. To check this you can follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

2. If you are running WordPress version that is not up to date. The Minimum WordPress version supported by Rank Math is 5.2.

3. If the plugin is not correctly installed. For this you can reinstall the plugin on your site.
