issues on page title

    Hi,
    Good day to everyone, currently facing an issue with the page title I would like to have only characters in my page title. but rank math suggestion asks me to add numbers to my page title. Is there any way that I can disable this feature. And how do I get this( Keyword Density is 0.38, the Focus Keyword and combination appears 5 times.) to green whatever I do it still gives me red cross Could you please guide me what I have to do.
