Issues installing rank math

    Dear Rank Math,

    We had installed Rank Math plugin on our website previously, however during maintenance it was uninstalled.

    Now we are trying to install it back on our website but it keeps showing the below error message:
    Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

    Kindly assist us urgently.

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Please open the website’s directory via FTP/cPanel and under /wp-content/plugins/ directory, delete the seo-by-rank-math folder.

    Once done, you can install the plugin again from your WordPress admin area.

    Let us know how that goes.

    However, hope we won’t lose previous optimizations done on several pages of our website when we delete the folder?

    You won’t lose any existing settings as the settings are saved in the database.
