Issues in appearance of my website

    On my website http://www.asteaspa.it i have some issues in appearance of my website. The error_log file show errors such as “WordPress errore sul database Lost connection to MySQL server during query per la query ….) and also the wordpress debug show some issues such as “WordPress errore sul database Commands out of sync ….”
    I’ve tried to deactivate litespeed cache plugin and verified that no error memory-related are shown in error_log file.
    I’m using Uncode theme and wordfence plugin and someone else plugins.
    Can it be due to your plugin?
    Which data do you need more?

    Please clear your website and server’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.

    Also, please ensure that the following PHP values are set:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    You may get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the above values.

    Hello, i had already read the article and also applied your suggestions. In this case i’ve just set up the memory limit. Unfortunately the issue persists.

    The error is related to your MySQL, I would suggest checking this one first with your hosting provider as they are in the best position to help you resolve this error.

    Hello, yes i know that the error is related to my SQL. The hosting provider doesn’t offer support about problems with queries on DB. The connection to DB is OK.

    I checked your error logs including the debug logs and the last time the error “Commands out of sync” has occurred was February 2nd and I can’t seem to replicate it now.

    Are there any steps to replicate this issue from your end?

    As for the appearance of your website, could you also please share some screenshots of the area that has appearance issues? We would like to further troubleshoot this by checking each of your plugins and the currently active theme.

    me too I wasn’t able to replicate the error “Commands out of sync”. This issues in the error log was probably due to a temporary server hosting overload.
    After several attempts, I found that two colors had disappeared from the palette that you find in Uncode –> Theme Options –> Visula –> Palette (i.e. “BLU CHIARO” and “VERDE AZZURRO”) and that the background of the navigation menu (top menu) had turned white, for no reason (Uncode –> Theme Options –> Visual –> Customize –> Dark Skin and Menu). I have now restored everything. I would be curious to understand the reasons for these unexpected changes. Thanks for the help.

    Our plugin doesn’t change the data from your theme so this must have happened for any other reason, unless there’s concrete evidence that Rank Math was the cause of this, we should look elsewhere for that.

    In any case, most of the time such issues are caused by a huge number of plugins installed on the website, and the server resources get exhausted.
