To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI Plan. Once logged in, you can head over to your Rank Math account settings by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account Settings.
Check if you can see the correct remaining credits in your account. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, you can disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here are the steps to do so:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on "Disconnect" and then "Reconnect" your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting, go to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count. This action will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count on your website.
