1). The latest update brought with it a few changes one of which requires that you sign into your account once again. Please click on the Rank Math menu item and activate your account to fix this.
2). The Rank Math SEO options are now available from the Gutenberg sidebar. Please take a look at this screencast for more info : https://i.rankmath.com/U44EB5
You can disable this feature by adding the following code to your theme’s functions.php file:

* Disable Gutenberg Sidebar Integration
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );
3). We have fixed this problem internally and we will be releasing an update to address this shortly.

I did re-activate the account. Actually, I then deactivated it and re-re-activate it and the issue persists.
I don’t use Guttenberg but classic editor, and the SEO isn’t available. I can see the space where to add the keywords, etc but it just says SEO not available

This could be related to a conflict with WP Rocket Heartbeat Control. Do you have this plugin installed?

I did what you say and I think the issue is with the classic editor.
When I deactivate it, the plugin seems to work, gives the SEO score and meta descriptions.
When activating it is gone.
What do you recommend?

Your theme is causing an issue. It has errors when checked with the Health Check & Troubleshooting.
Can you please get in touch with the theme developer to get that fixed?
The issue is not with the Rank Math plugin as shown in the video, it works perfectly fine with all the plugins and the other themes you have on your website.

P.S. Even currently all your Meta tags are getting printed properly on the frontend. It is the backend which is messing up with your custom theme.
