    Hello,

    We are experiencing an issue with the Rank Math video sitemap, where there seems to be a discrepancy between the videos detected in the database and those displayed in the sitemap. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve found:
    1. The plugin retrieves video metadata from the database to generate the sitemap.
    2. When generating a sitemap for a post, the system detects 31 videos, but some of them have no content (empty fields).
    3. Running the same query directly in the database returns 31 videos, all with content.
    4. Checking the WordPress post admin panel, only 22 videos appear in the Schema block, which matches those correctly displayed in the sitemap.
    5. However, counting the actual embedded videos in the post results in 17 videos.
    6. This inconsistency suggests that the sitemap errors are caused by outdated or unsynchronized data between the database and Rank Math’s schema detection.
    7. We attempted disabling automatic video detection for posts when generating the schema, but this did not resolve the issue.

    Would you be able to provide guidance on how to resolve this problem?

    Thank you for your response and suggested troubleshooting steps. Here’s an update on what we’ve tried so far:
    1. Clear Cache – Done.
    2. Exclude Sitemaps from Caching – Done.
    3. Rechecked Video Detection Settings – Confirmed that the “Autodetect Video” option is enabled, as I previously mentioned.
    4. Regenerate Video Schema – Could you please clarify where exactly this option is located? I couldn’t find a specific setting to regenerate the Video Schema for old posts/pages.
    5. Check Custom Fields – We are not using custom fields for videos. Videos are embedded directly in posts via Gutenberg’s Embed block.

    Let me know if there are any other steps we should take or if you need additional details.

    Please note that Rank Math only generates the video sitemap when it finds the video schema on your page/posts.

    In this case, please share your sitemap URL with us so that we can check the issue further for you.

    However, the video sitemap is a feature of the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Hi, I am writing from my personal account and the problem is on the customer site. as soon as I can get a receipt I will send it to you

    As for the link – https://evaboot.com/video-sitemap.xml

    as you can see there are empty video blocks in the sitemap
    for example one of the empty fields points to the post https://evaboot.com/fr/blog/linkedin-inmail-vs-demande-de-connexion.
    the page has 5 videos in the content, although the schema shows 8 videos.

    Please note that the video schema markups are static. That means, after generating the schema automatically, if you delete the video, the schema will remain on your page unless you delete it manually from the Rank Math SEO Meta box schema tab.

    In this case, you can manually delete the extra video schema markups from “/linkedin-inmail-vs-demande-de-connexion” page.

    Regarding the blank entity on your video sitemap, for further troubleshooting, we might need the FTP logins of your website.

    If you’re not sure about your site’s FTP logins, you can get in touch with your hosting provider and then share the logins in the sensitive data section.

    If you need an ftp, please provide your IP adress so i can add it to the whitelist.

    Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist one particular IP now, when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.

    So, whitelisting a particular IP won’t help much.

    In this case, if possible, you can whitelist or open access to countries Bangladesh, India, Portugal, and the Philippines to investigate this issue on your site.
