Issue with Updating Google Analytics Data in Rank Math

    Hello,

    I am facing an issue with the integration of Google Analytics in Rank Math. The data displayed in the Analytics section of Rank Math has not been updated for the past 7 days.

    1. Issue Encountered:
    The displayed statistics (traffic, impressions, clicks, etc.) have remained stuck on the same values for a week.
    The data in my Google Analytics account (and Google Search Console) is being updated daily, but these changes are not reflected in Rank Math.
    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    For troubleshooting, please follow these steps to regenerate the token on your site:

    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    remove rank math app

    2. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link
    reconnect analytics

    Allow all the necessary permissions on the next screen

    tick all checkboxes

    3. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes to fetch the data.
