    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I recently purchased the Content AI plan and successfully connected my website to my Rank Math account. However, I encountered an issue while trying to update my credits; it doesn’t seem to be working. Could you please check and help me understand what might be going wrong?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with updating your credits in the Content AI plan. Thank you for raising this concern.

    To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, navigate to your Rank Math account area and check if you can see the correct remaining credits by visiting this link: Rank Math Account – Websites.

    If the credit count appears correct but is not reflecting on your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server.

    Hi try to follow the instruction but still don’t work!

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits here: http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.

    If you can see the correct number of credits there like in the image above but not on your site, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this

    Kindly follow these steps:
    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins: https://rankmath.com/changelog

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

    If this doesn’t work let us know the prompt you get when you click the refresh icon and the site’s URL you are trying it on so we can check from our end.

    Hi there i follow all the instruction but still don;t work! there are another thing that i can make to fix a problem?
