Issue with Ticket Access and Rank Math PRO Cancellation

  • Hello Support Team,

    I lost access to the ticket I opened earlier and can’t view your response.

    I noticed that the Content AI Starter invoice has been refunded — thank you for that.

    However, I also saw that my Rank Math PRO subscription is marked for cancellation, and I don’t want to cancel it. I’d like to keep the PRO plugin active — I only wanted to cancel the Content AI package.

    I tried to reverse the cancellation, but I received an error. Could you please help me ensure that my Rank Math PRO subscription remains active?

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Since your original subscription is Content AI, refunding that caused the subscription to be cancelled altogether.

    We have initiated a refund on your Rank Math PRO. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded including the support ticket opened in the PRO forum.
