    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an issue with Search Traffic data not displaying in Rank Math Analytics on my WordPress blog. I’ve checked all the settings and details that could affect the data display, but nothing seems to work.

    Steps I’ve taken:

    – Enabled Search Console feature in Rank Math
    – Connected Google Search Console account with Rank Math
    – Verified Rank Math and Google Search Console settings
    – Checked for sufficient data in Google Search Console
    – Verified internet connection

Despite these steps, Search Traffic data remains unavailable in Rank Math Analytics. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Search Traffic data not displaying in Rank Math Analytics. Thank you for detailing the steps you’ve already taken; it helps us understand your situation better.

Here are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab. If your website is not listed, you will need to reconnect it.
      Open the Websites tab
      Connected Websites with Rank Math

    2. Refresh Tokens: If the Analytics data still appears as zero, it might be due to expired authorization tokens from Google. To refresh these tokens, you can delete the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnect it:

      • Open the Google Account permissions from here and remove access to Rank Math SEO.
Remove Access to Rank Math SEO
    3. Import New Data Manually: If there are no errors and cron jobs are running correctly, you can manually import new data by navigating to the Analytics section under Rank Math SEO → General Settings. Make sure that both Search Console and Analytics modules are connected properly, then click on Delete Data followed by Update Data manually.
