Source URL: This should be the URL you want to redirect from. For example, if you want to redirect from guitarpcb.com/members, you would enter:
/members

Destination URL: This should be the new path you want to redirect to. Since you want it to go to /community, you should enter:
/community
Make sure not to include the full URL in the destination field; just use the path starting with a /. This way, it should correctly redirect to `https://destinationurl.com/https://destinationurl.com/actual-url/ without duplicating the domain.

I attempted to use what you said without wildcars which I would assume that I need but it still does not work and it still keeps adding the full url in the destination block automatically upon activating it
