I deactivated Articoolo plugin so it works fine.

Please do activate the Articoolo plugin so we can check the issue.
Also, could you please enable debugging on your site by adding the following constants on your wp-config.php
file on the root of your site:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
This will allow errors to be written to the file wp-content/debug.log so we can further investigate the issue.

You don’t seem to have enabled WP_DEBUG_LOG
on your site.
When enabled, this will automatically source the debug log for your site in Rank math > Status & Tools > System Status.
