Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math score on your pillar content page. When the score is set to N/A, it often indicates that Rank Math has not yet run its scoring algorithm for that specific page. This can happen if the focus keyword was imported from another SEO plugin or if the post has not been saved properly.
To resolve this, you can try recalculating the SEO scores for your published posts. Here’s how you can do that:
- Go to the Rank Math dashboard in your WordPress admin area.
- Look for the Recalculate Scores option.
- Click on it, and a popup will appear to confirm the recalculation process.
- Keep your browser open until the process completes.

Once done, you should see a success message, and the scores should be updated accordingly.
If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with the URL of your pillar content page so we can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
