It looks like 1 of the plugin active on your site is conflicting with Rank Math. As the login page will load only when the user is not logged in, we cannot troubleshoot the issue using the Health Check plugin.
Can you please create a staging site where we can debug this issue by deactivating the plugins?

I’m not sure how to create a staging site, I’ve never had to do this. I will contact my hosting guy and find out how to do it and then get back to you.

I’ve spoken with my web hosting guy. He said that because my website is still in development mode and not actually live to the public, you might as well just test inside the website as it is. There is no need to create a Staging Site.

Since the issue occurs when a user is not logged in, the usual method of doing troubleshooting will not work:

We believe there is a conflicting plugin or a theme causing this issue and the only way to find out is by disabling all your plugins and switch to the default theme. Then, re-enable everything one by one (keeping Rank Math enabled at all times) until you find the plugin or the theme causing this issue.

I am using a specific theme for this project. It’s a WPLMS learning management theme from Vibe Themes. I’ve had a lot of other issues going on with the theme since updating to their latest V4 last week.
They have a massive issue at the moment with patching Elementor code which is causing some crazy Java code to appear all over my Online Courses front end pages.
So I’m struggling to see how disabling all plugins and checking it in a basic theme, because half of the plugins for the WPLMS theme would not work in a basic theme, as they are designed to kickstart an online school if that makes sense?
I do get what you mean and I have already tried to disable all of the theme plugins and 3rd-party plugins to debug many other issues.
I’m actually considering wiping the site and reinstalling on a fresh WordPress install and start over again because I have so many other issues, but hopefully, they will sort it out.

Hello Darren,
I would recommend that you create a staging site as previously suggested. Before doing a fresh installation for your live site, you can remove everything on your staging site then recreate your site from there, adding the plugins one by one to help you note which installation starts off the issue.

WIll do thank you. However, the guys at the Vibe themes seem to be resolving a lot of the issues, so hopefully, things will sort themselves out.
I’ll keep you posted about the staging site, because I have so many other things to do right now, and also I’m building a new site for a client for my other business. So it may take me some time to get round to do ing it.
