    I am encountering an issue when trying to purchase your plugin. Whenever I click on the “Buy” button, nothing happens, and I am not redirected to the checkout page. I have tried using different browsers, but the problem persists.

    Hello,

    Our payment provider notified us that if you are getting the 403 error it means that the country from your checkout doesn’t match the country on your payment method.

    If that is not the case and this is a false positive please disable all VPNs you might have and use an incognito tab of your current browser to check if you can make the purchase.

    Thank you for your response. However, as I mentioned earlier, we are unable to even add the payment methods, as demonstrated in the previous messages. The issue is not related to the country mismatch or VPN usage.
