I have followed your suggestions and tried using a different browser, cleared my cache, and ensured that pop-ups are allowed. However, the issue persists. Additionally, I tried purchasing the plugin directly from WordPress with the free version of Rank Math installed, but I encountered the same problem.
I am a Palestinian American currently visiting Palestine, and I am attempting to make the purchase while here. Could it be possible that my current location (Palestine) is affecting the purchase process? I would appreciate any further assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

You should be able to purchase the plugin from that location.
Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
If the issue persists, please share the last 4 digit of the card you use in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket so we can check this further from our end.

The issue isn’t with my credit card, but rather with your website. It isn’t redirecting me to the checkout page where I can enter my payment details. I am currently on the offer page and trying to click “Buy the Plan,” but it doesn’t work (please see the attached screenshot: link).
Even when I go to my account > subscriptions and attempt to add my payment method, I am redirected to a 403 Forbidden page.
