I’ve checked the sample post you shared, and it seems that you haven’t opened the post upon installing Rank Math to your site.
The SEO analysis gets updated once you hit on the update button of the posts. This is because it depends on some specific JS script in order to run the score automatically.
Similarly, since you installed Rank Math while your posts had already been created, it means that this JS script that does content analysis had not run on your posts yet.
Therefore it would not show the internal links count properly until you make changes to your posts individually. This would have to be done manually.
We suggest you edit your posts and ensure that you change some data within the posts so so as to let Google know that there are some modifications made to the content and not just hitting the update button. While doing so you can as well insert the focus keyword for your SEO analysis to run.
I have updated the post you shared, and the link counter already updates as well on the list-view page.
