Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Google indexing your website. It sounds like there are a few potential areas to check to resolve this problem.
-
Check Search Engine Visibility: Ensure that the Search engine visibility option is unchecked in your WordPress settings. You can do this by navigating to Settings → Reading in your WordPress admin dashboard. If this option is checked, it will prevent search engines from indexing your site, even if Rank Math settings are configured to allow indexing.

-
Robots.txt File: Double-check your robots.txt file to ensure that it does not contain any rules that might be blocking Google from crawling your pages. You can edit your robots.txt file through Rank Math by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit Robots.txt.
-
Sitemap Submission: Make sure you have submitted the correct XML sitemap to Google Search Console. The sitemap URL should typically be `https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/. If you have made changes, resubmit the sitemap in Google Search Console.
-
Manual Indexing Request: If everything seems correct but your pages are still not indexed, consider submitting a manual indexing request through Google Search Console.
-
Validate Fix in Google Search Console: After making the necessary changes, you can use the Validate Fix option in Google Search Console to inform Google about the changes you’ve made.

If you continue to experience issues after checking these points, please reply to this ticket with any specific error messages or additional details, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!

How to Fix Submitted URL Marked ‘NoIndex’ Error » Rank Math
Thank you for your suggestions. I have already tried the following steps:
Checked that the “Search Engine Visibility” option is unchecked in my WordPress settings (Settings → Reading).
Double-checked and updated my robots.txt file via Rank Math (Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit Robots.txt).
Submitted the correct XML sitemap to Google Search Console and resubmitted it after making changes.
Even submitted a manual indexing request through Google Search Console.
Despite following these steps, my pages are still not being indexed by Google. Could you please assist further in resolving this issue?
I appreciate your help and look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We checked your website and it seems the robots meta of all your posts and pages are already set to index
.
Please check for URLs in your Google Search Console and look for any coverage issues that may tell us why your website is not being indexed on the SERP. You may refer to this guide: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en
Also, we noticed your sitemap is not loading so please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Here’s how you can add filter to your WordPress site:https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
4. Remove all your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and resubmit only the index sitemap (https://yourwebsite.com/sitemap_index.xml
).
Looking forward to helping you.
