After completing my subscription, I expected to find the subscription details under the “Subscriptions” section of my account dashboard. However, to my surprise, there seems to be no record of my subscription there. Interestingly, when I navigate to the “Invoices” section, my subscription information is present and accounted for.
This discrepancy is puzzling and has left me unsure about the status of my subscription and whether it has been properly activated and recognized in your system.
Could you please investigate this matter and provide me with an explanation for why my subscription details are not appearing where they should? Furthermore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so that my subscription is correctly reflected in the “Subscriptions” section of my dashboard.
