Remove Duplicate Schema: You can fix this by removing the particular Schema (mostly the Organization and LocalBusiness Schema) from your shop page and adding it again using the Schema Generator. This will ensure that only one instance of each schema is present.

Check for Custom Code: Even though you mentioned that you haven’t added any manual schema codes, please double-check if there are any custom codes or plugins that might be adding additional schemas to your shop page.

Use Google’s Rich Results Test: After making these changes, use the Rich Results Test again to verify that only one instance of each schema is detected.

The Schema markup that is causing this issue is not being added by our plugin as we add everything inside a script tag with the class rank-math-schema and the Schema with issues is being added outside that script tag.
We would recommend checking on your website what other plugins might be generating Schema markup and getting in touch with the support of those plugins to get the situation sorted.
