We appreciate your cooperation and patience. Thank you for choosing Rank Math.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Any updates?

    Hello,

We checked your website and it looks like the Corn jobs on your site are not working properly and that’s why the pending scheduled actions are not able to run on time:

Please note that in order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.

We suggest you discuss this with your hosting provider and make sure that the cron jobs work consistently and the scheduled actions don’t miss any of their schedules.

However, for now, you’ve manually fetched the data on your website and they started showing on your Analytics Dashboard:

In order to solve the issue permanently, we suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider and fix the Cron jobs issues.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

can you check again, something still mess up…

    Hello,

The temporary admin login URL you shared in the Sensitive Data section is no longer valid so we can’t check the issue on your website dashboard.

To address the issue with the Cron job, you can connect with your hosting provider as we have suggested previously.

    Looking forward to helping you.
