Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
- Ensure you’re logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
- Check your credits by going to your Rank Math account: Rank Math Account – Websites.

- If the credits show correctly there but not in your WordPress site, please go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, then disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.


- After reconnecting, refresh your Content AI credits again in the WordPress Dashboard under Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Please reconnect your Rank Math account to your website again.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
