In relation to the 1st issue, just to let you know I temporarily switched off the Rankmath. It helped but I would like to use Rankmath again.

The links occur due to the HTML Sitemap option in Rank Math.
To remove those links, head over to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > HTML Sitemap > Display format and change the page or select the Shortcode option to remove it from your homepage’s content

The issue is due to the invalid character in the website name you have set in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO: Rehabilitacji w Stróżach
You may check with your website’s database to replace the character and fix the issue in the sitemap as well.

It works.
I was not aware of this as on my other website with Rankmath uses this town name “Stróże” (and other form “Stróżach”) and it works ok and there were no issues related.
I wonder now how this may implicate the SEO.
In Polish alphabet there are characters like “ą”, “ć”, “ę”, “ł”, “ś”, “ó”, “ż”, “ź”…
