Issue in Disabling Rank Math Test

Hello sir, I have disabled few Rank Math Test in My website like Power Words Test. So now Issue is that I received Multiple updates of theme in a week as i update theme due to security concern. Disable Test code not working it appears again in Article. I want to ask that there is any other option to disable permanently test without effecting due to update of themes or plugins ? Actually when i received update then i need to add disable code again . i dont want to repeat this all time
Please help me

To avoid losing the code every time you updated your theme, you can add a plugin called “Code Snippets” and paste the code there or you can use a child theme and add the code to the child theme (https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-create-a-wordpress-child-theme-video/).
