Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing while trying to connect your Google Search Console with Rank Math SEO. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this problem:
-
Check Permissions: Ensure that Rank Math has the necessary permissions to access your Google Search Console account. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and verifying the connection.
-
Test Connections: In the same Analytics settings, click on the Test Connections option at the top right. This will help you validate if Rank Math is able to connect to your Google account. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

If you see a red signal, try reconnecting your Google account by clicking on the reconnect option.

-
Check for Glitches: Sometimes, there might be temporary glitches that prevent the connection. If the issue persists after reconnecting, please check if there are any updates available for the Rank Math plugin and update it if necessary.
-
Error Logs: If you continue to experience issues, we recommend checking the error logs for more details. You can find this in Rank Math → Status & Tools → Error Log.
If none of these steps resolve your issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
